Encouraging
women at all
levels

We’re committed to providing safe, inclusive and diverse workplaces with equal career opportunities and to creating a culture that recognises the unique value women bring to our business.

EverPillar Contractors has developed an organisation-wide and project-based Gender Equality Action Plan (GEAP). This gives us an opportunity to review and develop our current diversity initiatives to ensure that we are fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace for all our employees.

Our EverPillar Construction includes commitments, strategies and measures for actively progressing gender equality in our workplace.

Our partnership with CareerTrackers is a formal commitment to engage 25 new and existing Indigenous interns with at least 12 weeks of paid employment each year. Where suitable, we also consider each intern for the EP graduate program and other ongoing employment opportunities.

CareerSeekers

EverPillar Contractors is proud to partner with CareerSeekers – a not-for-profit initiative that supports humanitarian immigrants – both mid-career professionals with tertiary qualifications and university students alike, by linking them with employers that can provide practical experience and industry connections.

Our partnership sees us engage 25 interns with at least 12 weeks of paid employment each year and, where suitable, consider each intern for the EP graduate program and other ongoing employment opportunities.

Tupu Toa

EverPillar Contractors, in partnership with Tupu Toa, continue to engage with Māori and Pasifika communities to create pathways for students into careers in the construction industry.
